Based on the paragraph of the fifth of article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 13, 2012 "About public procurements of goods (works, services)" the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 419-Z
1. Bring in Item 5 of the Regulations on the commission on public procurements approved by the resolution of the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus of January 21, 2019 No. 7, the following changes:
the second to state part in the following edition:
"The head of the customer (organizer) or his deputy (chief engineer) is appointed the commission chairman, and in case of implementation of public procurement through separate division of the legal entity (including branch or representation), authorized to act on behalf of this legal entity, - the head of such separate division.";
add Item with part of the following content:
"In local executive and administrative organs the commission chairman it can be appointed managing affairs.".
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
