About entering of amendment into the Order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of August 1, 2008 No. 369

According to article 169 of the Tax Code of the Republic of Tajikistan, Article 345 of the Customs code of the Republic of Tajikistan and article 56 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About regulatory legal acts" the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:

1. Add Item 1 of the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of August 1, 2008, No. 369 "About especially important objects" with the subitem 42) of the following content:

"43) the Construction of complex of office buildings of the Communication service under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.".

2. Approve the inventory, the construction materials and technical equipment imported into the Republic of Tajikistan for construction of complex of the office buildings of the Communication service exempted from the tax discharge on value added and customs duty it (is applied).

3. Under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan to provide to Customs Service customs clearance and goods control, especially important objects imported for construction.
