About change of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 18, 2006 No. 54

1. Bring in the Regulations on procedure for forming and application of planned estimated prices on housing and communal services approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 18, 2006 No. 54, the following changes:

1.1. add Item 2 with words ", and planned costs per unit of service are applied also to calculation of planned national average costs per unit of service for the next financial year for the purpose of determination of maximum permissible rates for housing and communal services for the population for the specified regulation period, except for services of heat supply and hot water supply";

1.2. third item 4 to add the paragraph with words ", - for the organizations of housing and communal services, except for partnerships of owners and the organizations of builders";

1.3. in Item 5:

in part one:

shall be replaced with words words of "task performance on cost reduction" "control of growth of costs and task performance on their decrease";

add part with the words "for the medium term (three years), provided by the Ministry of Economics within forming of the forecast of social and economic development of the Republic of Belarus for the next financial year, the forecast of key parameters of economic development of the Republic of Belarus for the medium term";
