According to Article part one 8, to Item 12, to Articles 48, 50 Laws of Ukraine "About prevention of corruption" the National agency concerning prevention of corruption SOLVED 5 parts one of Article:
1. Approve Changes in the Procedure for monitoring procedure and complete verification of the declaration of person authorized on accomplishment of functions of the state or local self-government, No. approved by the decision of the National agency concerning prevention of corruption of February 10, 2017 56, No. 201/30069, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 13, 2017 which are applied.
2. To provide to department of verification of declarations and monitoring of conduct of life submission of this decision in the procedure established by the legislation on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. Control over the implementation of this decision to assign to the vice-chairman of the National agency concerning prevention of corruption Patyuk S. S.
4. This decision becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
