About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About especially protected natural territories and objects"

1. Under Article 5:

1.1. at the end of the paragraph of the tenth point to replace parts one with semicolon and to add the paragraph the eleventh the following content:

The territories of geological parks belong to especially protected natural territories of republican value, and the earth, water, plants and fauna in these territories are transferred to their permanent use.
