About modification of the Regulations on the centers for provision of free secondary legal assistance
According to part five of article 16 of the Law of Ukraine "About free legal assistance", for the purpose of reduction of the regulatory legal act in compliance with the Law of Ukraine of November 22, 2018 "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning simplification of pre-judicial investigation of separate categories of criminal offenses" I ORDER to No. 2617-VIII:
1. In the subitem 2 of Item 13 of the Regulations on the centers for provision of free secondary legal assistance approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of July 2, 2012 No. 967/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 3, 2012 for No. 1091/21403 (in edition of the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine from May 24, 2016 No. 1487/5), shall be replaced with words the word of "crimes" "criminal illegality".
2. To the coordination center for rendering legal assistance (Bonyuk A. P.) provide submission of this order on state registration according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of October 3, 1992 to No. 493 "About state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies".
3. This order becomes effective since January 1, 2020, but not earlier than day of its official publication.
4. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister Smachilo I. V.
