About change of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 2, 2012 No. 110

Based on Item 10 of article 57 of the Code of the Republic of Belarus on education the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Bring in the Regulations of Admission of persons for receipt of the higher education of the II step approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 2, 2012 No. 110, the following changes:

1.1. from Item 2 of the word "the master creating knowledge, skills of scientific and pedagogical and research work and providing degree, and (or) the educational program of the higher education of the II step with profound training of the specialist providing the master's degree" to exclude;

1.2. the second Item 5 after the words "in the correspondence and evening forms of education" to add part with the words "by budget funds";

1.3. to add Item 6 after part one with part of the following content:

"The foreign citizens and persons without citizenship who are constantly living outside the Republic of Belarus who arrive in institutions of higher education for receipt of the higher education of the II step at the expense of grants on training (further, unless otherwise specified, - the foreign citizens and stateless persons arriving at the expense of grants on training) are accepted by results of the selection made according to the procedure, established by Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus.";

1.4. state Items 10 and 11 in the following edition:
