For the purpose of increase in efficiency of checks of activities of subjects of entrepreneurship, according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of criteria for evaluation of risk degree when implementing business activity" of February 18, 2012 No. 108 the following change:
in the criteria for evaluation of risk degree when implementing business activity approved by the above-stated resolution:
state Chapter 11 in the following edition:
"Chapter 11. Criteria for evaluation of risk degree when implementing business activity in the field of veterinary safety
38. Criteria for evaluation of risk degree when implementing the business activity which is subject to the state veterinary supervision are:
- possibility of biological, chemical, physical threats as a result of implementation of certain type of activity of the subject of entrepreneurship;
- scale of possible negative impact;
- execution of requirements of the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of veterinary safety the subject of entrepreneurship and the availability/number of the incidents which took place during activities of the subject of entrepreneurship;
- implementation by the subject of entrepreneurship of systems of production supervision.
39. The risk degree of the subject of entrepreneurship is determined based on the criteria listed in Item 1 of this Chapter and estimated on formula:
WEDNESDAY = BSR + IDES + RPPL, where:
WEDNESDAY - risk degree;
