About modification of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About rules of ethical behavior of the deputy Millie of Majlis of the Azerbaijan Republic"

Bring in the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About rules of ethical behavior of the deputy Millie of Majlis of the Azerbaijan Republic" (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2017, No. 8, Article 1515) the following changes:
1. In Article 10.1 of the word "in the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About fight against corruption" shall be replaced with words "in article 10.1-1 of this Law".
2. Add with Articles 10.1-1 and 10.3 of the following content:
"10.1-1. The deputy cannot accept gift from any physical person or legal entity in connection with execution of service duties, with the total cost exceeding fifty five manats including to offer the specified gift to any physical person or legal entity in connection with execution of service duties.";
"10.3. In case of the offer to the deputy of material and other benefits, privileges or concessions unduly, the deputy shall refuse them. If material and other benefits, privileges or concessions are provided to the deputy owing to circumstances, he shall report about it in the Disciplinary commission of Millie of Majlis and hand over in Millie's Device of Majlis under the act gifts which cost exceeds the amount specified in article 10.1-1 of this Law.".
3. To give the text of Article 11 in the following edition:
"11.1. In the period of powers the deputy shall not allow collisions of interests, use the powers for the sake of private interests, create conditions for impact of own interests on deputy activities, and also perform any action (failure to act) during the term of office for the purpose of support of activities in other sphere after the term of deputy powers. In case of communication with any concerned party the deputy shall be guided by the principles of transparency and fidelity.
