About rules of ethical behavior of the deputy Millie of Majlis of the Azerbaijan Republic

1.1. This Law extends only to persons having the status of the deputy.
1.2. Each deputy shall follow the rules of ethical behavior provided in this Law.
The legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic on rules of ethical behavior of the deputy consists of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About the status of the deputy Millie of Majlis of the Azerbaijan Republic", the Internal Charter of Millie of Majlis of the Azerbaijan Republic, the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About fight against corruption", international treaties as which supporter the Azerbaijan Republic, this Law and other regulatory legal acts prepared according to this Law acts.
3.0. The purposes of this Law consist of following:
3.0.1. increase in efficiency and transparency of deputy activities;
3.0.2. prevention of the behavior capable to do much harm to Millie's authority of Majlis of the Azerbaijan Republic (further - Millie Majlis) and to high rank of the deputy;
3.0.3. prevention of cases of collision of interests in deputy activities;
3.0.4. ensuring compliance by deputies with rules of ethical behavior;
