About modification and amendments in the Law "About Physical Culture and Sport"

Article 1. ZR-196 "About physical culture and sport" (further - the Law) to add article 2 of the Law of June 26, 2001 with the Items "N-t" of the following content:
"m) the candidate for national team of the Republic of Armenia - the athlete conducting in this sport being the citizen of the Republic of Armenia who received the status of the candidate for national team of the Republic of Armenia according to the procedure established by authorized body of public administration by physical culture and sport of the Republic of Armenia;
o) the member of national team of the Republic of Armenia - the participating athlete of games of the world, Europe, the Olympic Games or the international chess Olympic Games as regards this sport who is the citizen of the Republic of Armenia;
o) the dope use - violation of anti-doping rules;
p) anti-doping providing - prevention of the use of dope in sport: the organization, implementation of actions for suppression of the use of dope and fight against the use of dope in sport;
c) Paralympic delegation of the Republic of Armenia - Paralympic team of the Republic of Armenia, and also representatives of National Paralympic committee of Armenia, state bodies the authorities of the republic Armenia, national federations of the sports providing participation of members of Paralympic team of the Republic of Armenia in the Paralympic Games and other international sporting events held under the auspices of the International Paralympic Committee;
r) Paralympic team of Armenia - the collective created from athletes (sportswomen), trainers and other specialists of the sphere of physical culture and sport participating on behalf of the Republic of Armenia in the Paralympic Games and other international sporting events held under the auspices of the International Paralympic Committee.".
