According to provisions of article I of the Law No. 119/2019 on modification of some legal acts (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2019, No. 279-280 the Art. 399), and also according to provisions of Art. 12 of the Customs code of the Republic of Moldova No. 1149/2000 (repeated publication: Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, special release of 1:01. 2007) and item 8 of the Regulations on the organization and functioning of Customs Service approved by the Order of the Government No. 4 of 2.01.2007 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, No. 3-5, to the Art. 15), and also for the purpose of streamlining of information accounting I ORDER:
1. In the Section "Codification of the Tax and Customs Privileges Provided according to the Current Legislation" for customs procedure "42", appendix No. 11 to the Technical rules about procedure for seal, use and filling of the customs declaration approved by the Order of Customs Service No. 346-O of December 24, 2009, code of release 803 – to declare invalid.
2. To management of development and information security and public institution "Center of information technologies in finance" to enter necessary changes into the information system "Asycuda World".
3. To assign execution of this order to customs bureaus.
4. To confer responsibility for execution of this order on chiefs of customs bureaus.
5. To chiefs of customs bureaus to inform customs employees of provision of this order.
6. To impose control of execution of this order on Department of the income and customs control.
7. This order becomes effective from signature date and is subject to publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
