1. Bring in the resolution of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of May 23, 2018 No. 22 "About approval of form of the state statistical reporting 12-tr (car) "The report on availability and use of road transport" and instructions for its filling" the following changes:
1.1. to state preamble and Item 1 in the following edition:
"Based on subitem 8.10 of Item 8 of the Regulations on National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 26, 2008 No. 445, National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Approve:
1.1. form of the state statistical reporting 12-tr "The report on availability and use of road transport" (is attached) (car) and to enact it starting with the report for June, 2018;
1.2. Instructions for filling of form of the state statistical reporting 12-tr "The report on availability and use of road transport" (are applied) (car) and to enact them starting with the report for June, 2018.";
1.2. exclude Item 2;
1.3. in Item 3 of the word "Item 1" shall be replaced with words "subitem 1.1 of Item 1";
1.4. in the form of the state statistical reporting 12-tr (car) "The report on availability and use of road transport", approved by this resolution:
in the detail "Information on Responsibility" of the word "according to the procedure, established by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus" shall be replaced with words "according to legal acts";
to exclude from the detail "Address Part and Term of Representation" of the word "on paper";
