Based on subitem 8.10 of Item 8 of the Regulations on National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 26, 2008 No. 445, National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Approve:
1.1. form of the state statistical reporting 12-tr "The report on availability and use of road transport" (is attached) (car) and to enact it starting with the report for June, 2018;
1.2. Instructions for filling of form of the state statistical reporting 12-tr "The report on availability and use of road transport" (are applied) (car) and to enact them starting with the report for June, 2018.
2. The Item is excluded according to the Resolution of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of 27.09.2019 No. 95
3. Extend the form of the state statistical reporting specified in subitem 1.1 of Item 1 of this resolution on legal entities, separate divisions of legal entities according to Item 1 of Instructions on filling of form of the state statistical reporting 12-tr (car) "The report on availability and use of road transport", approved by this resolution.
4. Declare invalid the resolution of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of June 12, 2017 No. 43 "About approval of form of the state statistical reporting 12-tr (car) "The report on availability and use of road transport" and instructions for its filling" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 13.07. 2017, 7/3793).
5. This resolution becomes effective since June 20, 2018.
