According to article 53 of the Law of Ukraine "About fauna", and for the purpose of reduction of the regulatory legal act in compliance with requirements of the legislation of Ukraine I ORDER to the Regulations on the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 21, 2015 No. 32,:
1. Bring in the order of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of Ukraine of February 29, 2012 No. 107 "About approval of forms of the import permit and export of samples of types of wild fauna and flora, the certificate on traveling exhibitions, re-export and introduction from the sea of the specified samples which are subjects to regulation of the Convention on international trade in the types of wild fauna and flora which are under the threat of disappearance, and the application form for their obtaining", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 18, 2012 for No. 990/21302, the following changes:
1) in Item 14 of the Form of the import permit and export of samples of types of wild fauna and flora, certificates on re-export and introduction from the sea of the specified samples which are subjects to regulation of the Convention on international trade in the types of wild fauna and flora which are under the threat of disappearance the words "Confirmations of Ecological Control / Ecological Control Endorsement" shall be replaced with words "Confirmation of export/Export endorsement";
