According to Procedure for issue of import permits and export of samples of types of wild fauna and flora, certificates on traveling exhibitions, re-export and introduction from the sea of the specified samples which are subjects to regulation of the Convention on international trade in the types of wild fauna and flora which are under the threat of disappearance the approved resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 25, 2007 No. 953, I ORDER:

1. Approve enclosed:

1.1. Form of the import permit and export of samples of types of wild fauna and flora, certificates on re-export and introduction from the sea of the specified samples which are subjects to regulation of the Convention on international trade in the types of wild fauna and flora which are under the threat of disappearance.

1.2. Certificate form on traveling exhibitions of samples which are subjects to regulation of the Convention on international trade in the types of wild fauna and flora which are under the threat of disappearance.

1.3. The application form for receipt of the import permit and export of samples of types of wild fauna and flora, certificates on traveling exhibitions, re-export and introduction from the sea of the specified samples which are subjects to regulation of the Convention on international trade in the types of wild fauna and flora which are under the threat of disappearance.

2. To department of protection of natural resources and econetwork (Tomakhin M. L.) in accordance with the established procedure to provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister Vildman I. L.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
