1. The Section III of the Single list of products (goods) which are subject to the state sanitary and epidemiological surveillance (control) on customs border and customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union approved by the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of May 28, 2010 No. 299, to add with the paragraph of the following content:
"-goods for private use (the goods carried by customs authority of state member of the Eurasian Economic Union to goods for private use according to the Customs code of the Eurasian Economic Union). Presentation of transport (transportation) and (or) business documents is not required, the stamp "import is resolved" is not put down.".
2. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
