I ORDER:

1. Bring in the order of the Attorney-General of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 28, 2013 No. 90 "About approval of Qualification requirements to categories of positions of employees of system of bodies of prosecutor's office of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 8780, it is published on November 7, 2013 in information system of law of Ad_let) the following changes:

The qualification requirements to categories of positions of employees of system of bodies of prosecutor's office of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified order to be reworded as follows according to appendix to this order.

2. To provide to department of personnel development of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on official Internet resource of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on Department of personnel development of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
