1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About Public service of execution of punishments under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" of December 18, 2009 No. 775 the following change:
- to state the subitem 2 of Item 15 of the Regulations on Public service of the execution of punishments under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution in the following edition:
"2) considers ideas of assignment of the ranks provided by the subitem 13 of Item 14 of this provision and makes on them decisions;".
2. Determine what the expenses connected with implementation of this resolution, to perform within the means prescribed to Public service of execution of punishments under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic for the corresponding years.
3. This resolution becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of official publication.
