About modification of the Regulations on the organization and functioning of the Agency on energy efficiency approved by the Order of the Government No. 45/2019

The government DECIDES:

1. In the Regulations on the organization and functioning of the Agency on energy efficiency approved by the Order of the Government No. 45/2019 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2019, Art. No. 38-47, 71), to make the following changes:

Item 19 to state 1) in the following edition:

"19. The staff of council affirms the order of the director of the Agency and is created of seven permanent members who are taking up responsible state positions, and/or government employees – upper managers from structure of bodies of the central public management as follows:

1) one representative of the central industry body of public management in the field of power;

2) one representative of the central industry body of public management in the field of construction;

3) one representative of the central industry body of public management in the field of regional development;

4) one representative of the central industry body of public management in the field of the environment;

5) one representative of the central industry body of public management in the field of finance;

6) one representative of the central industry body of public management in the field of health care;

7) one representative of the central industry body of public management in the field of education;

The representative of the central industry body of public management in the field of power performs function of the chairman of the board. In its absence members of council elect the chairman of meeting from among the present members.

The structure of council on the proposal of the director of the Agency or the chairman of the board can include interim member observers, without voting power, representatives of the international donor organizations, partners in development, professional associations, business environment and national and international financial institutions.";
