Approve the enclosed changes which are made to Rules of approval of the project of strategy of social and economic development of the subject of the Russian Federation regarding powers of the Russian Federation in objects of joint maintaining the Russian Federation and subjects of the Russian Federation with the documents of strategic planning developed and approved (approved) public authorities of the Russian Federation, approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 14, 2016 No. 1045 "About approval of Rules of approval of the project of strategy of social and economic development of the subject of the Russian Federation regarding powers of the Russian Federation in objects of joint maintaining the Russian Federation and subjects of the Russian Federation with the documents of strategic planning developed and approved (approved) public authorities of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code 2016, No. 43, Art. 6025; 2019, No. 21, Art. 2563).
