About modification of the Regulations about transactions of bank with persons affiliated to it approved by the Decision of Administrative board of National Bank of Moldova No. 240/2013

Based on Item c) parts (1) article 27 of the Law No. 548/1995 on National Bank of Moldova (repeated publication: Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2015 No. 297-300, Article 544), with subsequent changes, Article 38 and article 80 of the Law No. 202/2017 on activities of banks (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2017, No. 434-439, Article 727), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: Executive committee of National Bank of Moldova

1. In the Regulations about transactions of bank with persons affiliated to it approved by the Decision of Administrative board of National Bank of Moldova No. 240/2013 (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2014, No. 17-23, of the Art. 97), with subsequent changes, registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Moldova on January 15, 2014 at No. 955, to make the following changes:

1) In option in Russian the text remains without changes.

2) In Item 1 the text "the purpose of which is protection of interests of bank, clients of bank, prevention of situations of conflict of interest, risk minimization of concentration of podverzhennost of bank before affiliates" to replace with the text "and the minimum requirements concerning internal regulations and the practician of risk management, connected with transactions with affiliates".

3) In Item 2:

a) In option in Russian 1) to state the subitem in the following edition:

"1) persons affiliated to bank – persons provided in concept by "affiliates of other person" of article 3 of the Law No. 202/2017 on activities of banks.
