Based on article 5 Item d), Articles 11, articles 26 Item c) and article 44 of the Law No. 548-XIII of July 21, 1995 on National Bank of Moldova (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 1995 No. 56-57, of the Art. 624), with subsequent changes and amendments, and Articles 25, 28, 31 and 40 Laws on financial institutions No. 550-XIII of July 21, 1995 (pereopublikovan: Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2011, No. 78-81, the Art. 199), with subsequent changes and amendments, DECIDES: Administrative board of National Bank of Moldova

1. Approve Regulations about "large" podverzhennost according to appendix No. 1.

2. Approve Regulations about transactions of bank with persons affiliated to it according to appendix No. 2.

3. The regulations about classification of assets and contingent obligations approved by the NBM Administrative board the Resolution No. 231 of October 27, 2011 (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2011, No. 216-221, 2007), with subsequent changes and amendments, registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Moldova on December 1, 2011 at No. 856, to change the Art. as follows:

a) in Item 1, the subitem 1), part b) the text", except for the placements and the credits overnight which did not exceed repayment period in 1 day" to exclude;

5. Recognize invalid some regulations of National Bank of Moldova according to appendix No. 3.

6. Since June 30, 2014 in Item 2, the subitem 1), part b) Regulations about "large" podverzhennost to replace the text of "25%" with the text of "20%".

7. Banks shall correspond to the maximum restrictions provided in Chapter II of Regulations about "large" podverzhennost and Chapter III of Regulations about transactions of bank with persons affiliated to it till June 30, 2014. Any decision concerning the conclusion of the transaction or prolongation of already existing transaction on the date of entry into force of this resolution shall be performed in accordance with the terms and restrictions of the specified regulations.

8. Within 1 month from the date of publication the banks exceeding the maximum restrictions specified in Item 7 of this resolution shall provide to Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova to National Bank the detailed action plan about compliance them with these restrictions.

9. Excess of the maximum restrictions provided in Chapter II of Regulations about "large" podverzhennost and Chapter III of Regulations about transactions of bank with persons affiliated to it is not considered violation till June 30, 2015 if this excess is caused by the podverzhennost taken by bank before the date of entry into force of provisions of Item 6 of this resolution. Any decision concerning the conclusion of the transaction or prolongation of already existing transaction before the date of entry into force of provisions of Item 6 of this resolution shall be performed in accordance with the terms and restrictions of the specified regulations.
