About modification of some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. Bring the following changes in some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 30, 2009 No. 2314 "About approval of Rules of provision of the housing help" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2010, No. 5, the Art. 60):
in the Rules of provision of the housing help approved by the specified resolution:
in Item 1:
1) to state the subitem in the following edition:
"1) share of maximum-permissible expenses - the relation of the maximum-permissible expense level of family (citizen) in month on content of common property of object of condominium, consumption of utilities and communication services regarding increase in subscriber fee for phone connected to network of telecommunications, the rent for use of the dwelling leased by local executive body in private housing stock to comprehensive income of family (citizen) as a percentage;";
5) to state the subitem in the following edition:
"5) maintenance costs of common property of object of condominium - obligatory expense amount of owners of rooms (apartments) by means of the monthly fees established by the decision of general meeting on operation and repair of common property of object of condominium, content of the parcel of land, acquisition, installation, operation and checking of all-house metering devices of consumption of utilities, payment of the utilities consumed on content of common property of object of condominium, and also accumulating of money for the capital repairs of common property of object of condominium or its separate types which are coming in the future;";
7) to state the subitem in the following edition:
