About modification of the Technical regulation of legislatively regulated means of the measuring equipment

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the Technical regulation of legislatively regulated means of the measuring equipment approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 13, 2016 No. 94 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2016, No. 16, the Art. 624), changes which are applied.

2. This resolution becomes effective in six months from the date of its publication.

Changes which are made to the Technical regulation of legislatively regulated means of the measuring equipment

1. State Item 2 in the following edition:

"2. Action of this Technical regulation extends to means of the measuring equipment which list is given in appendix 1.

Action of this Technical regulation does not extend to legislatively regulated means of the measuring equipment, medical products and/or medical products for diagnostics of in vitro.".

2. In appendix 1 to the Technical regulation:

Items 4, of 13, of 32, of 34, of 35, 37 to exclude 1);
