About modification and amendments in the Order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of June 10, 1996 No. 264

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of June 10, 1996, No. 264 "About the state obligatory civil liability insurance of owners of vehicles" the following changes and amendment:

- state Item 2 in the following edition:

"2. For damnification of life and to health to citizens or material damage in use of vehicles for owners of vehicles and other self-propelled machines and mechanisms to determine insurance sum by civil responsibility insurance in the amount of hundred fifty indicators for calculations and for owners of vehicles and other self-propelled machines and mechanisms of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the amount of six hundred fifteen indicators for calculations.";

- state Item 3 in the following edition:

"3. Approve the sizes of rates of insurance payments on obligatory civil liability insurance of owners of vehicles according to appendix 1 and for owners of vehicles of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix 2." (appendix 2 is applied);

- add Item 8 with the second subitem of the following content:

"The insurance indemnity from owners of vehicles and other self-propelled machines and mechanisms of the Republic of Uzbekistan is paid for damage suffered:

- for damage suffered of life and to health to citizens in the amount up to four hundred ten indicators for calculations;

- for causing material damage to citizens to two hundred five indicators for calculations.".
