1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of June 10, 1996, No. 264 "About the state obligatory civil liability insurance of owners of vehicles" the following changes:
- in Item 2 of the word "six hundred fifteen indicators for calculations" shall be replaced with words "forty four thousand four hundred ninety six somoni";
- in the first paragraph of the subitem of the second Item 8 of the word of "four hundred ten indicators for calculations" shall be replaced with words "twenty nine thousand six hundred sixty four somoni";
- in the second paragraph of the subitem of the second Item 8 of the word of "two hundred five indicators for calculations" shall be replaced with words "fourteen thousand eight hundred thirty two somoni".
2. Appendix 2 to the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of June 10, 1996, "About the state obligatory civil liability insurance of owners of vehicles" to be reworded as follows No. 264 it (is applied).
