ORDER OF THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE OF THE KYRGYZ REPUBLIC

About introduction of amendments to the order of the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of Budget classification of the Kyrgyz Republic" of December 21, 2017 No. 161-p

For the purpose of entering of necessary changes into Budget classification of the Kyrgyz Republic, according to the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About delegation of separate rule-making powers of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" of September 15, 2014 No. 530, I ORDER to number of state bodies of the executive authority:

1. Bring in the order of the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of Budget classification of the Kyrgyz Republic" of December 21, 2017 No. 161-p the following changes:

Chapter 6 "Program classification" to state 1) in edition according to appendix 1;

To add 2) with Chapter 6-1 "Program classification of law enforcement agencies" according to appendix 2 (confidentially).

2. To management of budget policy:

1) within three working days from the date of registration to publish this order in the state and official languages in the newspaper of "Erkin-limited liability partnership" and on official web the website of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic, except for appendices 2 (confidentially);

2) within three working days from the date of official publication to send this order to the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic for inclusion in the State register of regulatory legal acts;

3) within three working days from the date of entry into force to send the copy of the order to Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic.

3. To department of clerical work and electronic document management to bring this order to all structural, subordinated divisions and territorial administrations of the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic.

4. This order becomes effective after seven days from the date of official publication.

5. To impose control of execution of this order on the Deputy Minister of Finance Azimov A. K. and on the deputy minister - the director of the Central Treasury Amandykov M. L.
