About modification of the Law "About the Service Providing Forced Execution"

Accepted by National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on July 9, 2019

Article 1. Of February 18, 2004 "About the Service providing forced execution" words of "court resolutions" to exclude No. ZR-40 from the first offer of Item 1 of part 1 of article 4 of the Law.

Article 2. Final part and transitional provisions

1. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.

2. The main forced executive contractor of court resolutions of the Republic of Armenia appointed to position before entry into force of this Law continues to stay in position as the main forced contractor of the Republic of Armenia.
