About modification of some presidential decrees of Ukraine

1. Make changes to the following presidential decrees of Ukraine:

1) in the Presidential decree of Ukraine of November 30, 2000 No. 1271 "About heraldic signs - emblems and flags of the central executive bodies of Ukraine" (with the changes made by Decrees of October 29, 2003 No. 1227, of January 5, 2005 No. 4, of April 11, 2008 No. 333, of January 17, 2014 No. 15, of December 9, 2015 No. 692 and of November 21, 2017 No. 379):

to add the name after words of "the central executive bodies" with words of "other state bodies";

in preamble and Article 3 of the word "ministry and other central executive bodies" in all cases shall be replaced with words "the central executive bodies, other state bodies" in the corresponding case;

in Article 1 of the word "ministry, other central executive body" shall be replaced with words "the central executive body, other state body";

2) in the Regulations on the Commission of the state awards and heraldry approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of December 31, 2011 No. 1211 "Questions of the Commission of the state awards and heraldry" (with the changes made by Decrees of January 14, 2015 No. 12 and of July 2, 2016 No. 285), the paragraph of the sixth of Item 3, paragraphs two item 4 and Item 7 after words of "executive bodies" to add third with words of "other state bodies".

2. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its publication.
