About introduction of amendments to some resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

2. Provide to the Ministry of economic development and trade till September 1, 2019 carrying out research for the purpose of approval of rates of remuneration (royalty) and tax for consideration of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine the draft of the act of temporary rates of rates.

In the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 18, 2003 No. 71 "About approval of the size, procedure and conditions of payment of remuneration (royalty) for commercial use of the soundtracks published with commercial purpose, videograms, their copies and the execution fixed in them" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2003, No. 4, Art. 128; 2009, No. 34, Art. 1169):
Item 2 to state 1) in the following edition:
"2. The organizations of collective management apply the amounts of remuneration (royalty) approved by this resolution as temporary rates for a period of up to six months in case of default of agreement at negotiations on establishment of rates.";
