About modification of some orders of the Government

The government DECIDES:

1. In the Regulations on activities of the Single window for documentation of foreigners approved by the Order of the Government No. 1187/2010 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, Art. No. 259-263, 1318), to make the following changes:

1) in Item 2:

2. In the Regulations on procedure for issue of invitations to foreigners approved by the Order of the Government No. 331/2011 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2011, Art. No. 78-81, 381), to make the following changes:

1) in Item 8:

6) to state the subitem in the following edition:

"6) the acknowledgment copy of the right to transfer for study (issued by the Ministry of Education, culture and researches) or the copy of the document on consent issued by educational institution, as necessary";
