About entering of amendments and changes into the Law "About Ensuring Activities, Servicing and Social Guarantees of Officials"

Article 1. ZR-1-N "About ensuring activities, servicing and social guarantees of officials" (further - the Law) to add part 1 of article 2 of the Law of February 4, 2014 with Items 5.2 and 5.3 of the following content:

"5. 2) the Official holding the investigator's position in Tax Service of the Republic of Armenia at least 10 years, dismissed on the basis, stipulated in Item 9 parts 1 of article 26 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About Tax Service" or on reaching 63-year age based on Item of 1 part of 1 Article 26, and also based on the recognition by the incapacitated court verdict which took legal effect;

5. 3) the person holding the investigator's position in Customs Service of the Republic of Armenia at least 10 years, dismissed on the bases established by Items 2 and 7 of part 2 of article 48 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About Customs Service" and also based on the recognition by the incapacitated court verdict which took legal effect;".

Article 2. In article 9 of the Law:

1) in the first offer of part 3 of the word "as of July 1, 2014" shall be replaced with words "as of July 1, 2017" and to add the same part with Items 3 and 4 of the following content:

"3) person holding position of the investigator of Tax Service whose powers stopped on the basis, stipulated in Item 1 parts 1 of article 26 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About Tax Service" if he was born till January 1, 1974;

4) person holding position of the investigator of Customs Service whose powers stopped on the bases provided by Items 1 and 2 of part 2 of article 48 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About Customs Service" if he was born till January 1, 1974.";

2) the third paragraph of part 3 after words of "the investigator in bodies of homeland security" to add with words "the investigator in Tax Service, the investigator in Customs Service";
