About change of the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2018 No. 499
Based on the paragraph of the forty fifth of Article 26 and part one of article 39 of the Bank code of the Republic of Belarus the Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2018 No. 499 "About the register program and program technical means of members of payment service provider of the Republic of Belarus" the following changes:
1.1. in Item 1:
"enclosed" to exclude the word;
add Item with the word "(is applied)";
1.2. in the Instruction about procedure for maintaining the register program and program technical means of members of payment service provider of the Republic of Belarus approved by this resolution:
the second Item 2 to state part in the following edition:
"The register contains list of data about program and the program technical means used by members of payment service provider of the Republic of Belarus for carrying out calculations (further - software), according to appendix 1, which conform to requirements of standards of carrying out calculations (further - standards).";
to exclude from Item 3 of the word "to this Instruction";
to exclude from part one of item 4 of the word "The Republic of Belarus (Further — National Bank)";
Item 6 in paragraph four to "System" shall be replaced with words the word to "National system";
to exclude from the paragraph of third Item 15 of the word "to this Instruction";
to state the name of appendix 1 to this Instruction in the following edition:
"LIST of data on software";
to be reworded as follows appendix 2 to this Instruction it (is applied).
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
