About change of the resolution of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of November 12, 2014 No. 196
Based on subitem 8.10 of Item 8 of the Regulations on National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 26, 2008 No. 445, National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the resolution of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of November 12, 2014 No. 196 "About approval of form of the state statistical reporting 1 bidding (public catering) "The report on public catering" and instructions for its filling" the following changes:
1.1. in the detail "Index and Code of Form" of form of the state statistical reporting 1 bidding (public catering) "The report on public catering" approved by this resolution to replace figures "0609005" with figures "0634001";
1.2. in the Instructions on filling of form of the state statistical reporting 1 bidding (public catering) "The report on public catering" approved by this resolution:
the fourth Item 3 to exclude the paragraph;
the second Item 6 to state part in the following edition:
"The report in the form of the electronic document is signed by the digital signature which certificate of open key of check is published in the State management system by open keys of verification of the digital signature of the Republic of Belarus.";
the fifth subitem 11.2 of Item 11 to exclude the paragraph;
add Item 211 with part of the following content:
"On line 29 of table 3 data on quantity of billet objects (workshops) selling products of public catering made by them only through own retail shopping facilities and (or) objects of public catering and also to legal entities and individual entrepreneurs for the purpose of further resale are not reflected.".
2. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2020.
