RESOLUTION OF NATIONAL STATISTICAL COMMITTEE OF THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS

About approval of form of the state statistical reporting 1 bidding (public catering) "Report on public catering" and instructions for its filling

Based on subitem 8.10 of Item 8 of the Regulations on National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 26, 2008 No. 445, National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Approve:

1.1. form of the state statistical reporting 1 bidding (public catering) "The report on public catering" (is attached) and to enact it starting with the report for 2014;

1.2. Instructions for filling of form of the state statistical reporting 1 bidding (public catering) "The report on public catering" (are applied) and to enact them starting with the report for 2014.

2. No. 77 is excluded according to the Resolution of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of 28.08.2020

3. Extend the form of the state statistical reporting specified in subitem 1.1 of Item 1 of this resolution on legal entities (except peasant farms), the separate divisions of legal entities performing public catering.

4. Recognize invalid:

the resolution of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of July 4, 2012 No. 94 "About approval of form of the state statistical reporting 1 bidding (public catering) "The report on public catering" and instructions for its filling" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 04.08. 2012, 7/2097);

the resolution of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of July 16, 2013 No. 106 "About modification and amendments in the resolution of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of July 4, 2012 No. 94" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 01.08. 2013, 7/2466).

5. This resolution becomes effective in fifteen working days after its signing.
