About introduction of amendments to the Agreement on the Joint board of Customs Services of state members of the Customs union of June 22, 2011
Governments of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union,
based on the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014,
in view of provisions of the Agreement on the Customs code of the Eurasian Economic Union of April 11, 2017,
agreed as follows:
Bring in the Agreement on the Joint board of Customs Services of state members of the Customs union of June 22, 2011 the following changes:
"Customs Services of state members of the Customs union (further - Customs Services of the states of the Parties)" shall be replaced with words 1) in Article 1 of the word "customs authorities of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union (further respectively - state members, the Union)", to replace words of Customs union with the word of "Union", shall be replaced with words words of "customs legislation" "the international treaties and acts constituting the right of the Union regulating customs legal relationship (further - the international agreements and acts in the field of customs regulation),", shall be replaced with words words of "the states of the Parties" "state members";
"Other international treaties of state members of the Customs union regulating customs legal relationship in the Customs union decisions of Interstate Council of EurAsEC (The Supreme body of the Customs union) and the Commissions of the Customs union" shall be replaced with words 2) in Article 2 of the word "international treaties and acts in the field of customs regulation";
