About the Customs code of the Eurasian Economic Union
The state members of the Eurasian Economic Union which further are referred to as with state members based on the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014, for the purpose of ensuring single customs regulation in the Eurasian Economic Union agreed as follows.
Customs code of the Eurasian Economic Union
State members accept the Customs code of the Eurasian Economic Union which contains in appendix No. 1 to this Agreement.
The introduction of the Agreement in force
This Agreement becomes effective from the date of receipt by depositary through diplomatic channels of the last written notice of accomplishment by state members of the interstate procedures necessary for its entry into force, but not earlier than July 1, 2017.
Due to the entry into force of this Agreement it is terminated (temporary application) the international treaties entering the right of the Eurasian Economic Union the list according to appendix No. 2 to this Agreement and provisions of the international treaties entering the right of the Eurasian Economic Union according to the list according to appendix No. 3 to this Agreement are recognized invalid.
Introduction of amendments to the Agreement
By mutual consent of state members changes and additions which are drawn up by separate protocols can be made to this Agreement and are integral part of this Agreement.
Clauses
Clauses are not allowed to this Agreement.
Dispute resolution
The disputes connected with interpretation and (or) application of this Agreement are permitted according to the procedure, the defined Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014.
Final provisions
This Agreement is the international treaty signed within the Eurasian Economic Union and enters the right of the Eurasian Economic Union.
This Agreement prevails over other international treaties regulating customs legal relationship entering the right of the Eurasian Economic Union, except for Agreements on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014.
It is made in the city of Moscow on April 11, 2017 in one copy in Russian.
The authentic copy of this Agreement is stored in the Eurasian economic commission which, being depositary of this Agreement, will send to each state member its verified copy.
