About introduction of amendments to the Federal Law "About federal information address system and about introduction of amendments to the Federal law "About the General Principles of the Organization of Local Self-government in the Russian Federation"

Bring in the Federal Law of December 28, 2013 No. 443-FZ "About federal information address system and about introduction of amendments to the Federal law "About the General Principles of the Organization of Local Self-government in the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2013, No. 52, the Art. 7008) the following changes:
1) in Article 2:
a) in Item 1 of the word "element of planning structure (if necessary), element of street road net" shall be replaced with words "element of street road net and (or) the name of element of planning structure (if necessary)";
b) state Item 3 in the following edition:
"3) object of addressing - the capital construction project, the parcel of land or other object provided by the list of objects of addressing established by the Government of the Russian Federation;";
2) in Article 4:
a) regarding 1 word "with the status "archive information" to exclude;
b) in part 3 to exclude the word "only";
3) in Article 5:
a) add part 1 with Item 5 of the following content:
"5) is established by the list of objects of addressing.";
b) in part 2:
in Item 1 of the word "and methods" shall be replaced with words ", methods and forms";
add Item 2 with the words "and its return in case of wrong introduction or introduction in bigger size, than it is provided by the established amount of payment";
c) in part 3:
word in paragraph one of "Moscow and St. Petersburg" shall be replaced with words "Moscow, St. Petersburg and Sevastopol";
state Item 2 in the following edition:
