1. add Article 13.10 with the second offer of the following content:
"Social advertizing is broadcast according to "the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "On advertizing".".
2. give Article 14.1 in the following edition:
"14.1. The advertizing broadcast in programs (transfers) of public broadcasting service shall be clear and differ from elements of the specified programs (transfers) visually (visually) and (or) acoustically (on sound).".
3. give Article 15.1 in the following edition:
"15.1. Sponsor's advertizing is broadcast on condition of specifying of person as the sponsor. In sponsor's advertizing only information on name of the sponsor, field of activity and goods, the trademark, logo of firm by means of running line by means of visual, or audio of means can be specified. In the sponsor's advertizing broadcast in each program (transfer) of public broadcasting service, the total amount of the specified information shall not exceed 2 minutes.".
4. give Article 15.4 in the following edition:
