About change of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus

1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1589 "Questions of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus":
state Item 2 in the following edition:
"2. Approve Regulations on the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus it (is applied).";
in Regulations on the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus approved by this resolution:
in Item 2 of the word of "the legislation of the Republic of Belarus" to replace with the word "legislations";
in Item 7:
"normative" to exclude the word from subitem 7.1.1;
add Item with subitems 7.1.9-7.1.102 of the following content:
"7.1.9. procedure for conducting examination:
correctness of application of lists of the productions, works, professions, positions and indicators granting pension entitlement on age for work with special working conditions and the list of textile productions and professions for the purposes of professional pension insurance of the workers of textile production occupied on machines and machines;
qualities of carrying out certification of workplaces by employers under the terms of work;
working conditions on workplaces;
7.1.10. procedure of quality evaluation of carrying out certification of workplaces under the terms of work;
7.1.10-1. procedure for evaluating completeness of data on availability of free workplaces (vacancies);
7.1.10-2. procedure for evaluating reliability of the data on labor activity and the salary provided by the employer for purpose of pensions;";
