About introduction of amendments to some resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

Make changes which are applied to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

1. In Regulations on risk management, connected with provision of the state guarantees, and the distribution of these risks between the state, creditors and borrowers approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 23, 2011 No. 131 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2011, No. 14, Art. 569; 2018, No. 1, Art. 13):
The second the subitem 1 of Item 6 the word of "project" shall be replaced with words 1) in the paragraph "investment project";
The second Item 7 of the word "during the forming of the main directions of budget policy and preparation of the bill" shall be replaced with words 2) in the paragraph "by preparation of drafts of the Budget declaration and law";
3) in Item 8:
in subitem 1:
state paragraph two in the following edition:
"estimates of financial condition of the borrower it agrees to the technique established by the Ministry of Finance;";
word in paragraph three "the independent examination or assessment of the investment project which is carried out by creditor bank" shall be replaced with words "copies of the letter of the potential creditor on intention to grant the loan (loan), including conditions of provision of borrowing and the offer on the size of share of debt obligations which execution will be provided with the state guarantee, results of assessment of financial condition of the subject of managing, value of coefficient of probability of default and sources of loan repayment (in case of availability of the potential creditor)";
