Bring in the Procedure for provision of the financial reporting approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 28, 2000 No. 419 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2000, No. 9, Art. 344; 2006, No. 18, Art. 1345; 2015, No. 2, Art. 29; 2018, No. 57, the Art. 1991), changes which are applied.

1. In Item 2:
Word in paragraph three "the companies performing activities for mining of nation-wide value" shall be replaced with words 1) "subjects of managing which perform activities in the extracting industries";
"Which perform 2) in the first offer of the paragraph of the ninth word "which perform activities for mining of nation-wide value" shall be replaced with words";
3) to add Item after the paragraph of the ninth with the new paragraph of such content:
