Article 1

Bring in the Penal Code of the Russian Federation (The Russian Federation Code, 1997, No. 2, Art. 198; 2008, No. 52, Art. 6226; 2010, No. 14, Art. 1556; 2011, No. 50, Art. 7362; 2013, No. 27, Art. 3477) following changes:

Article 60.1 to add 1) with part tretyey.1 the following content:

"3. The administration of the organization in which the convicts to forced labor who are on the site of correction center located out of the territory of correction center according to part tretyey.1 Article 60.1 of this Code work provides to this convicts of the hostel for accommodation on the regulations established by part one of Article 60.5 of this Code, other rooms and property necessary for providing established procedure and conditions of serving of forced labor and also renders assistance to administration of correction center in material and household and medical and sanitary providing convicts to forced labor.";
