Article 1. "About bodies of system of public administration" to state part 8 of article 9 of the Law of March 23, 2018 to ZR-260-N in the following edition:
"8. Civil servants of the office of Public service of safety of foodstuff of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Armenia (further - Service) continue to stay in position before approval of the nomenclature of Inspection security service of foodstuff and passports of positions of civil service. After approval of the nomenclature and passports of positions of civil service civil servants of Service in the procedure established by the law are renominated without tender and the conclusion of terminal employment contracts, except for civil servants of the helping professional structural divisions. Civil servants of the helping professional structural divisions can be renominated in the procedure established by the law to equivalent or lower positions in the main professional structural divisions. The civil servants who are not appointed to positions in accordance with the established procedure are registered in personnel reserve.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective next day after its official publication.
