About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 10, 2017 No. 139

1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 10, 2017 No. 139 "About approval of the Technical regulation of restriction of use of some dangerous substances in the electric and electronic equipment" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2017, No. 24, Art. 683; 2018, No. 42, the Art. 1509, No. 70, the Art. 2376) changes which are applied.
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication, except the subitem 4 Items of 2 changes approved by this resolution which becomes effective since July 1, 2019.

1. To exclude Item 3 of the resolution.
2. In the Technical regulation of restriction of use of some dangerous substances in the electric and electronic equipment approved by the specified resolution:
1) in item 4:
in paragraph eight of the word of "special purpose" shall be replaced with words "which is provided for professional use";
add Item after the paragraph of the eleventh with the new paragraph of such content:
"pipe bodies;".
With respect thereto the twelfth to consider the paragraph the paragraph the thirteenth;
2) in Item 5:
add Item with subitem 2-1 of the following content:
