DECIDES:

1. Approve the enclosed list of the organizations in case of revenues to occupational work in which citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan are granted draft deferment on military service for the entire period of work.

2. Declare invalid some decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix.

3. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after its first official publication.
