About modification and amendments in some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan in connection with enhancement security and control licensed activity
For the purpose of reduction of some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan in compliance with the legislation the Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Make changes and additions to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix.
2. National guard of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with the interested ministries and departments to bring the regulatory legal acts adopted by them into accord with this resolution in a month.
3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the commander of National guard of the Republic of Uzbekistan B. H. Tashmatov.

to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of July 9, 2019 No. 568
1. To state Item 8 of the Regulations on specialized treatment and prevention facilities for the forced treatment of patients with chronic alcoholism or drug addiction approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of May 1, 1993 No. 195, in the following edition:
"8. Protection of specialized treatment and prevention facilities for forced treatment for alcoholism or drug addiction is provided with forces of divisions of National guard of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the basis of agreements. The number of these divisions is established by National guard of the Republic of Uzbekistan in coordination with the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan within the provided assignments".
