About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

Make changes which are applied to acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

Changes which are made to acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

1. At the disposal of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 12, 2018 No. 1023 "About determination of the state company of foreign economic activity of Ukrinterenergo by the supplier of "the last hope" - with the change made by the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 27, 2019 No. 200:

1) in Item 3:

in paragraph one of the word and figures "since April 1, 2019" to exclude;

after paragraph one to add Item with the new paragraph of such content:

"1) since April 1, 2019:".

With respect thereto paragraphs two and third to consider respectively paragraphs the third and fourth;

add Item with the paragraph of such content:

"2) to sign agreements on delivery of electrical energy at free prices with all coal-mining companies of the state pattern of ownership or economic societies for coal production which 100 percent of shares belong to the state, on condition of absence at the specified companies (economic societies), agreements on delivery of electrical energy signed since July 1, 2019 with other electrosupplier.";

2) to add the order with item 4 of the following content:
