About modification of the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of January 26, 2016 No. 11
According to Item 2 of article 52 of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014 and Item 11 of appendix № 2 to the Regulations of work of the Eurasian economic commission approved by the Decision of the Supreme Eurasian economic council of December 23, 2014 № 98, Board of the Eurasian economic commission decided:
1. Make to the section III of the Procedure for enforcement of technical regulations of the Customs union in the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of January 26, 2016 No. 11, the following changes:
a) the seventeenth to exclude the paragraph;
b) add with paragraphs of the following content:
"About safety of milk and dairy products" (TR CU 033/2013) accepted by the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of October 9, 2013 №67;
the documents on assessment of conformity to the mandatory requirements established by the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic issued or accepted concerning products which are object of technical regulation of the technical regulation of the Customs union "About safety of milk and dairy products" (till August 12, 2017, are valid TR CU 033/2013) (further - dairy products) before the termination of term of their action, but no later than August 12, 2022.
Since August 12, 2017 issue or adoption of documents on assessment of conformity of dairy products to the mandatory requirements which are earlier established by the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic is not allowed;
till August 12, 2022 production and release into the stream of commerce of dairy products according to the mandatory requirements established by the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic in the presence of the documents on assessment of conformity of dairy products specified in the paragraph the twenty ninth this Section are allowed.
